Just getting started, or been in business several years and feeling stuck? Or have you been in business for five years or more and just feel like there has to be something more? Doing this part-time and wondering how to transition to full-time, or make the part-time business meet your needs?
Meet Jeannine Clontz Grich. Many of you know Jeannine from her involvement with IVAA as a long time volunteer, Board member and past-president, or from her wildly successful book about how to start a VA practice, Entrepreneurial Freedom (www.entreprenurialfreedom.com).
Do You Need Business Coaching
“I spend so much of my time now in mentoring, speaking, and supporting VAs, it just seemed logical to find a way to offer this help in a more structured environment.”
Jeannine is now offering business coaching services to meet the needs of the growing Virtual Assistance industry.
When you begin working together, you’ll agree to work with each other for 30-minute or 1-hour sessions, by appointment. We’ll schedule these appointments on a weekly or monthly basis, whatever works for your specific needs. Cost per session is $40 for 30-minutes or $75 for 60-minutes, which is paid at the time you begin.
In addition, if you have any questions between your appointments, you can call, E-mail, or fax them to Jeannine.
She has found that the people who are truly ready for coaching are the ones who will take just a few minutes to evaluate where their business is right now. If this is you and you’re ready to do this, please complete your evaluation and submit your information through Jeannine’s online Coaching Information Form below.
Thanks again for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you.
I need to be sure that someone is totally committed to beginning a one-on-one coaching program with me before we begin. If I choose to work with you, be sure you are ready right now to schedule your first coaching appointment as soon as one becomes available?
Here’s what others have to say!
Linda B. Selden shares:
“When I enrolled in your Elite VA Insider Program back in May, I took advantage of your introductory special, thinking that I had nothing to lose; but skeptical of whether or not someone like myself, a veteran VA for over 19 years, would really benefit from business advice that I imagined would be more geared towards newer VAs and VAs that may not have a full-time thriving business. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!”
Here’s what Jan Wlordarski had to say:
“Thanks for the session last night. It was VERY good, a real treat..
I have the next session marked on my calendar. Everything I’ve seen so far regarding your coaching business has been great, top notch and very professional. And I like the style of your book website. It’s not at all like one of those canned commercial websites that are trying to sell you stuff (I hate those!).”
Ready to Make 2022 Your Best Year EVER?
Being an entrepreneur requires a lot of time, and patience. It’s not for everyone, but it does give you some incredible freedoms you can’t get with any other option. You not only need to have an entrepreneur’s mindset, but you need to have resources, information, inspiration, and accountability to keep things moving in the right direction.
How can you keep running an active and profitable business with all the stressers you deal with on a regular basis? How do you deal with the stress of a stagnating or unprofitable business?
You’re not alone, there is help and support. It dawned on me several years ago, that I would have gone back to the corporate world long ago if I hadn’t been motivated, mentored and encouraged by others, not to give up. Part of that support came from spending thousands of dollars on business coaches. But something was missing; something didn’t feel right.
These coaches had no experience in the Virtual Assistance industry, they didn’t understand the unique nature of our business and industry, and I felt I just wasn’t getting what I needed to move my business forward.
That’s sort of why I felt it was important to specialize in Virtual Assistance coaching. I know what it takes; I’ve survived for more than twenty years, even through multiple price increases and changing my niche and business offerings. The business climate is bad everywhere.
So why are some people growing and prospering, while others barely keep their heads above water? I think we’d all agree that business will be back and the economy will continue to strengthen, business will just look different than it has in the past.
What that means is that you have to do things differently in order to succeed. If you continue to do the same things you’ve always done, you will wither and die. Let me give you a fresh perspective on your business. Take a little time to assess where you are in your business and where you’d like to take it.
Then let someone who has experience in YOUR industry help you look at new ways, new technologies and resources to formulate a plan to expand and grow a profitable business for years to come.
Whatever your challenge, no matter the struggle, we have programs to help you stay focused, organized, and accountable to your business growth.
We are offering a one-on-one coaching option that will be more personalized for your specific needs. Consider our new 3-month or 6-month programs.
You can purchase individual one-on-one coaching sessions, one or two 30-minute or one-hour sessions per month, to allow you a la carte options to fit your budget and business needs.
Whether it’s setting up a marketing plan and budget that is easy to implement, or finding the best ways to develop your niche, brand, or target market, we have the solutions you need to create your dream business.
